Due to the nature of our business — where most pairs are one-of-a-kind and often pre-owned — we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

We take pride in accurately describing every item, including condition, sizing, and flaws. Please review all photos and product details before purchasing.

Local Pickup (Colorado Only)

All shoes listed on our site are available for local pickup at our partnered location, Hause (Colorado Springs, CO).

If you choose local pickup at checkout:

  • We’ll deliver your order to Hause for in-person pickup (no shipping fees)

  • You’ll receive an email or text with confirmation + pickup details

  • Most local orders are ready within 1–3 business days

Note: Local pickup is currently only available in Colorado.

Shipping Policy

We ship all orders via trusted carriers — USPS, UPS, or FedEx — with full tracking included.

  • Processing Time: 2–4 business days

  • Estimated Delivery: 3–7 business days after shipment

  • You’ll receive tracking info via email once shipped

Simply Sneakers is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed by the carrier.

For added peace of mind, ship to a secure address or request signature delivery.
